 We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.Cancellation PolicyCancellation by Client:If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee 50 percentage. No-shows without prior notice will also be charged the full consultation fee.
Cancellation by Heal  N  Glam: IN rare cases, we may need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment at your convenience or provide a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling by Client: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.
Rescheduling by HEAL N GLAM: If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible & offer alternative dates and times that work for you.
Refund Policy Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are available for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, at the discretion of HEAL N GLAM.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at healnglam@gmail.com with your appointment details. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
Special Circumstances Medical Emergencies: We understand that medical emergencies can arise unexpectedly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs without penalty. Force Majeure: IN the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will communicate any changes to our policy as necessary.
